The power of intention is a critical factor in my life. Simply by intending and allowing Spirit to move through my life brings such wonderful gifts and joy.

Pat Watson is a licensed Practitioner with the United Centres for Spiritual Living. As a Practitioner, she assists people in personal spiritual counseling, affirmative prayer, meditation techniques and affirmations.

She is the Director of the Science of Mind Study Groups in East LaHave and Halifax, Nova Scotia. Science of Mind is a correlation of religion, science and philosophy that defines the natural relationship to God and how we use this belief and understanding in our own lives.

SOM is based on principles that affirm that there is One Infinite Power of Good which is expressed in all that is. This presence and power is available to everyone. We believe there is no separation between God and (hu)man - that Spirit is ever-present in all beings at all times. We believe that "Wherever I am, God is."

Pat teaches Spiritual Principles through the study group and also as a part of the On-Line Classes accredited by the United Centre for Spiritual Living.
